How it works

Prepare your information
Have your account ID and the information used when you registered ready.
Send your request
Email us from the address linked to the account, where possible, to make verification easier.
Receive confirmation
We verify your identity, delete the account within a maximum of 30 days, and confirm deletion by email.

Information to provide

To find the correct account and protect your data, include:

Your Bellezza account ID
Your full name
The email address or phone number linked to the account
The account type (customer or manager) and centre name, where applicable

Never send your password, payment details, or a sign-in code.

After verification, we delete the profile, personal information, preferences, and usage data associated with the account.
